I actually didn't write the code... but as long as kcam can take standardized g-code, this should work just fine. Otherwise I recommend looking into EMC2.

The code is not going to work in most cnc machines because it uses EMC2's proprietary gcode extensions for subroutines.

Right you are, I forgot that O Words are not part of the RS274NGC standard. They however are not exactly "proprietary."
