not bad at all =D I would run the benchmarks 5 or 6 more times, Ive found Farcry2 runs 2 different partterns and that results wildly vary. On 1 benchmark run I got 1-3 fps in a fire scene but on 2 more passes got 30-40.
Dude i'm in awe of that!! its sick!!! love it how would i do it with a gtx295? i'm after a 3 monitor set up on an amd phenom x4 940 black edition processor 3ghz area one of them 45nm things.. i'm havin to get 1066mhz ddr2 so how would i do it? please help i love it u are god!!
Yeah TH2G is sick. I bought one about a month ago for my 3 22" screens. Only thing is I can't get the max res of 5040x1050 for some reason. Swapped monitor positions and cables without any luck. Running a GTX 285 single at the moment. Nice to see some got it working though!
Yeah, when running 5040x1050 the refresh rate drops to 57Hz and some monitors do not like that and wont even display a picture. Some games make my monitors display an out of range box at this resolution and I have to run it at a lower rez. Because of this I switched to 3x 19" monitors which I like better because in order to see all of the 22" I have to sit like 4' back from them, The 19" are perfect at about 2' which is what I sit away from them.
May be something worth looking into. I've been playing Age of Conan @ 4320x900 which was pretty cool but most games seem to have problems displaying at such high resolutions. Making me consider selling my 3 monitors and just buying a huge one.
The problem is your running all of the information through 1 dvi cable. Vista will support up to 9000 across, but the cable will cannot send that much information, if nvidia ever make a driver that would allow you to run 1 monitor off of each card and allow them to render you could possibly run 3 2500 x 1600 displays with direct x 10 machine.
You can use SLI with or without the Triplehead2go, I am not using SLI right now just using the 1 GTX260. It's best to use monitors that have a native resolution that the Triplehead2go supports which is a maximum of 1680x1050 currently. Most 24" are 1920x1200 that is why I am using 22".

I have 2 gtx280 and thinking of buying 2 more 24" acer, cause already got one, so the only thing I need to use SLi is Triplehead2go?
