I think devil horns are from monster pack dlc but there are probably some in-game i havent unlocked yet

@Unistachio They can be obtained in 4x area in first level of Wilderness. It is hard place to get, but you get full devil costume from there.

To help you all, here is what I know...

For the Neon Eyes, Ace the first level of the Collector.

The hair at 1:55 is actually a bunch of Sharp Teeth Decorations put up to look like hair & can be found at the first level of Zola the King, also known as the 2nd creator.

And for the Devil horns/ Costume, you must get 4 players & meet up at the last part of the first level of the Collector & press all 4 buttons at once.
