  • If you had 1.21 gigawatts handy, you could travel back in time.

  • Perfect tune. My vino 70cc doesnt accelerate that fast. Please message me i have some input i can share with you

  • Cute. ;P

  • Can you tell me where you have bought all these upgrades. I would like to do the same thing as you.

  • NICE!! saw your before video, you are a very good minarelli tuner!

  • Thank you! It took more time than skill, if I have

to admit. Just small changes over months. I think the cylinder went through 6 porting jobs..

a little at a time. Ended up with transfers

    progressively higher, with boost highest.

Transmission also had a lot extra to give.

Stock variator could not be adjusted to use

the whole face, so put in a used Tecnomoto,

    and a longer belt from a Jog 90 (788mm).

    Carburettor went through countless tweaks

    as well.

  • I know you lol...Your the very helpful and talented

    scooter tuner from the forum!

BTW: I go by 2strokd there.

  • Did you install an up-gear?

Working on my first mod: '03 vino. I Just did the Tecnigas Next R, Malossi Multivar CVT variator and clutch springs, Malossi X kevlar belt, 5.5 gram Leo Vince rollers, already had the Michelin oversize tires.

First test run 49 mph. Still got a little tinkering to do. I think I've got enough power for an up-gear (BTW-I'm 240 #!)

  • No upgears. How did your tuning go? Apologies

for the late reply, I don't check in very often.

  • If you give it plenty of gas and oil, and

keep compression down, it won't leave you

stranded. Parts will wear faster: rollers

at around 500miles, belt maybe 1k miles.

Most of the wear comes from normal running,

because the transmission is tuned to keep

the revs high. So even just cruising at part

throttle, revs will be around 9k.

  • Is that a 50 cc or did you upgrade the engine?

  • This is truly amazing, but what about reliability? How long can the engine last before major repairs? I'd say it is wearing at least ten times faster.

  • thats freakin sick i got stock one only did Exhaust tweak and it goes 42

  • @rickremixx

Another "no stress" mod you can do on the Vino is to remove to transmission cover, and remove the spacer washer on the nut that holds the variator on. That extra bit of distance can push your scoot up to 45mph+/- Depending on rider weight.

  • that son of a bitch is smokin fast ,dude you should race people for cash.

  • Damn..that's fast!!!! Sweeeeeeeeeeeet!!!

  • i have a vino i love it i just got one last month but wow i would to see my bike hauling ass like that

  • Lol thats beastly little scooter haha. nice bro. check out my ride :)

  • Lol thats beastly little scooter haha. nice bro. check out my ride :)

    All yamaha scooter owners welcome.

  • no se menea

  • you ROCK!

  • your blinker is on man, heh....

  • Man god help you if you hit a pothole at that speed..i have a 50cc vino and i get about 40 with mine and i am scared to death of potholes cuz of thoese little ass tires. hahaha at 60 or 70mph though? whooo better have a full face helmet and some padding on thats all i can say

  • It seemed like a really smooth ride with the

new Savas, till I went for a 50 mile round

trip to downtown Houston. Holy cr*p! You are

right. Roads were terrible, and rear wheel

jumped up off the road several times.

  • the speedometer went nuts! i love it!

  • I have a Vino, and I love it, but DANG yours is HOT!

  • Hey guys i'll get my vino tomorow morning, with a 1030$ expense added to my current 1900$ i think i got the beast up,i'll be posting a video soon, and i bet i go faster than you dude:P

  • How did the Vino mods go?

  • I got it back!got arrested for overspeed on the second run,i was able to reach 115km/h on his own and about 125km/h following my dad's truck wich was sucking air in front of me.Insane is the vino!..for sale...3000$ any interested,my car need to be fixed XD

  • what the hell did you do to the vino ??what engine is that ??

  • nice

  • jeeeeeeeeesus...Here in japan our speed limit is 60 kph (about 36mph)...I feel fast doing that! I cant imagine doing 50mph!

  • That has got to feel super fast on those skinny tires!!

  • The tires are Sava 100/80 front and rear. I wouldn't

call them huge, still 10", but better than stock.

  • nice vino, but why didnt you just buy a 125cc that can go 65 stock?

  • they only go about 50 because they're 4 stroke, that means that yes its 3 times stronger but the engine moves twice as slow

  • its a 50cc thing, you wouldnt understand

  • @mytran80

Agreed. There's something to the little bikes. Remember: It's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than a fast bike slow!

  • It's priceless to see the faces of cagers and bike riders when you pass them at 60mph.

Put stage 2 kit on Vino last night. 70cc Airsal, Technomoto Vario 3 gram weights, red clutch springs, white torque springs 65mph

    Classic.

  • how'd you get it goin so fast, i can barely get mine up to 40

  • I have all the mods listed. Biggest effect was

from pipe (Next R), and porting.. plus boring out

and rejetting the carb...longer belt from Jog 90,

and the tires are 100/80 from stock 80/90.

  • omfg, imba!!!! :D

  • HOLY SHIT!! I cant believe with all those mods u never bothered with a new speedometer haha. Nice job stilL!!

  • Thanks!

Been waiting on a Vino 125 speedo to come up on

    Ebay.
