Its obvious that it's fake. It asks you for your windows live ID and password, so basically the creator of the program has a database of XBL gamertags, which he can do whatever he wants with them. Did you try it and get points? If you don't, then I wouldn't make a comment about a video not having enough evidence proving a scam.
Old version of programs GENERALLY don't have trojans in them.

All of these point generator programs are fakes based on a real hack...People shouldnt download n run these programs. All you're doing is giving away your windows live account for them to do what ever they want to do with....the maker of the crap program in this video didnt even bother to check to see if the proper information was being given....
these programs are worse than the web based versions cause you download them which could be infected with whatever trojan or virus......
