The individuals in this movie are not representative of the majority of people on the methadone program. This guy is totally pilled out. We get tested here in NZ for benzo's and if you come back positive the clinic put you on the short leash straight away. Whoever is running the clinic this chap goes to should get a new job.

@tpvalley I applaud the cat for pulling it together.THE CLINIC SYSTEM in the US is my issue. Methadone is the only medication that is effectively criminalized.

People who wanna get clean are hearded into clinics which mimic the same experience as heroin addiction : Waitin' on line behind a lot of sick people to get the monkey off one's back.

I've got 17 years clean time and still must attend 2x a week - In the Netherlands my MEDICATION would be delivered to my home.

Lousy film IMO.
