Yeah, two things:

1. When a wrestler blades, usually it's after the ref has handed them the blade.

2. When you blade, it doesn't take a big chunk out of your forehead.

Blades can be hidden on the wrestler and there is no big chunk missing out of his forehead, the forehead is one of the most vascular areas in the body (hence why they blade there) and he only has a few trickles of blood and you can even see the 3 cm laceration at 21 seconds.
