Apple only found breathing room upon the Vista flop. But Windows 7 is in the horizon, and I hope Apple puts more effort on their I-phone and I-pod lines because that's the only grip they will have left.

the hardware aint better, you cant even play most games. and tell me, if it's so good why does apple need to release the windows bootcamp to emulate windows on apple? because ppl only want it for the look not the functions lol.... u dont see pc's running mac stuff do you?

The only reason for bootcamp is for people who can't be bothered to learn how to use a mac, its not hard people. Besides it can run windows in the background without problem. That ad by the way, was made on a mac, the celebrities in that ad use a mac too. This is a failed ad.

this was a really well made ad, the apple ones are really dull and played out. people only use macs because they look "nice" and white, but the truth is 99% of the internets use pc's -- so go suck an apple on that!

hey, I know this is youtube, but, please. firstly, most Macs are aluminum now, not white. :P

secondly, most of my Mac-using friends (and I) use Macs because the hardware and software are just plain better. if Wintel boxes were better, we'd be using them, but they're not, so we don't.

thirdly, Macs have ~10% marketshare (IIRC), and the various other UNIXen have a few percent, too. 99% is a bit of a stretch.

The reason they work better is because it's a proprietary system; Apple controls all aspects of the hardware, and won't allow Mac clones. That's why they cost more; always have and always will. As long as you want to pay more money, and have less choices, Macs are great. As far as productivity, you can accomplish anything on either one.
