But think that if they had revealed all the secrets in this game, what would be left for the final game? Let me ask u a question, if u compare the endings of ac2 and broth. with rev., which ending do u find the most satisfying in which u know about the 1 Civilization and what Desmond has to do, in a clearer way rather than symbols??

@Phoenix3573 no i didnt think it would answer all my questions, but in terms of gameplay it took out some good things( like horses and assassins tombs) and added some bad things(den defense). Ezios story was good, desmonds...not so much. What im trying to get at is that ac:b needed to be made because it continued on desmonds story, while ac:r didnt really need to be made except to continue ezios story. When i said ac:r was crap, i lied because i enjoyed it, just not as much as the others

@pcgamercommander well u r apparently right, there should have been many side missions. But the thing is, Revelations was always intended to close the chapters of Ezio and Altair. That's y this game put much emphasis on those two, n since i just love Ezio and Altair (as many people also do), this is one of the best game ubisoft has given yet (for me).

@TehMicke brotherhood and revelations were not 3 and 4. It was like an ending to Ezios and Altairs story, it wasn't meant to give away too much it was meant to be a defining point in Ezio's real purpose and a little more about what Altair sacrificed for the apple. AC3 is out this year. They were merely a expansion so to speak. I enjoyed both of them

Assassins Creed 1 had that mystical feel to it. You didn't really know who was bad and who was good, you just followed orders and stealthily killed people off one by one. AC 2 did not put as much focus on the whole creed thing, but still, it added a main character with emotions and a deep backstory , an amazing soundtrack, and fantastic new gameplay. To me, this is the best AC game to date. Brotherhood and Revelations are good, but they just lack that feel that the first two games had.

I prefered Roger Craig Smith's voice up until Brotherhood. In Revelations and Embers it just sounds like a ridiculously cheesy italian voice. I would've prefered a more gruff voice when Ezio is more elderly.

@zRebounDz Different Ubisoft studios. AC, ACII and I think the single player of ACB where are all made by ubisoft Montreal. ACR was made of a lot of Ubisoft's B-list studios. So design was spread out among many different people and the lines of communication were most likely spread thin. Also Patrice Désilets, the orginal lead designer on AC and AC II left Ubisoft in June 2010, partway through ACB. That might account for a drop in quality.

Hmm, let's see. I just beat Revelations and I got it on the day I came out.

I'd have to say I enjoyed Revelations moer than Brotherhood, but Ac2 will always be my favorite ac game. Sadly I never finished the first ac, I have it though. But I liked Ezio's story so much, that I felt sorry for him. So I had to play the Ezio saga, watched Lineage, Ascendance and Embers. Now I think I might just play ac1, because Altair's just awesome too. Thinking about the next game drives me insane, can't wait man

Hell ezio didn't even know there was a creed at first. Part of ezio's journey in revelations is to discover more about the assassin's and what direction they should take so it makes sense its not emphasized as much.

@lyonified brotherhood, i agree... it was the end of a revenge story. but revelations is the only game (yes, even ac1 did not do this) that gives us a very detailed explanation of what the maxims of the creed mean; something nobody had ever thought to look at the way ezio does. for those who don't know where in the game this happens, it's in the last sequence at masyaf, when sofia and ezio enter the gates of the citadel of masyaf...

@lyonified Brotherhood emphasized the Creed more than this game did. Honestly the only thing "Assassin's Creed" about this game was the fact that the guy you're playing is wearing Assassin robes. He doesn't even really become an Assassin until 2/3 into the game, and you only hear the Creed a whole two times.

Hell, the entirety of Brotherhood is an example of the Creed IN ACTION: Assassins working in shadow to bring freedom to the people by systematically killing the tyrants responsible.

Actually he had that beard in AC2 in the last few memories. In Brotherhood they made his beard look more realistic. and you could choose wether or not you wanted to wear Giovanni's armor, not that odd.

Yes, storyline wise, the game assumes that you got the Armor by that point. But in most of the playthroughs on youtube, you'll notice that people still had the old outfit at that point.

for this trailer I don't think they wanted to spoil the Armor of Altair.
