i dont dissagre with that but i actualy enjoed the stories but i would like to focus more at the ''invisible 9'' and mostly at the anit-tank division.i hope that they will make a second season but i pretty much doubt it :( I hope at least that the manga is better but i haven`t read it yet

The singer I believe is Yoko Takahashi.When I first heard this opening I thought the singer was Angela (opening for Fafner-Shangri-La and Stellvia of the Universe-Brilliant Road) I was mistaken.I really like this anime and still have yet to finish it.I can see that people are saying it lacked a plot and didn't cover the corporal's background history.Well,I'll have to see it.

THAT's the point you moron. You can't get it translated for FREE unlike the other generic gripe they translate for free. You actually have to buy it from the third party publisher who loves to censor crap as well. Scanlations are the best in most cases since not too much gets censored out or lost in translation and it's FREE.

Sorry if I was being too vague on what I actually meant because it's ever so rare for me to see people actually buy some of the stuff the publishers dish out.

Whatever bro, I can tell you of countless mangas that have gotten censored to hell and back because of "adult situations", funneling money into these bastards is just bad. There are very few exceptions I make though, but this does not look like it will be it.Also, really translated on scan sites? Last time I checked I still had to go to Village Idiot's IRC channel and DL it there because almost no other place has it, not only that but it's WAAAAAAAY behind schedule too.

I mean, I've only read one censored manga and that was Ultimate Muscle. Most companies do realize that censoring = loss of profit.

@galvenize I agree completely. The bigger disappointment is that the manga is most likely been discontinued by Del Ray. The anime really strayed away from the manga, not to mention pulling a pulp fiction, which was one of the things I hated most, that ending of the anime was like volume 3 of the manga. Finally, at the end of the last episode, they made it seem like there would be a season two, but if they couldn't get it right the first time...

@galvenize that's because the manga wasnt caught up to the anime. In addition to that there wasnt enough of the manga for the anime to go on. Due to this the animation and writing teams had to improvise. This can be seen in many other anime like Full Metal Alchemist (the 1st one, NOT Brotherhood). I do wish they would add on to the series or add onto it, sadly Pumpkin Scissors isn't that popular and so won't be remade or added another season to. I do cross my fingers thought, hoping it will! :)

It's a shame such a misinformed opinion gets thumbed up so much. The reason why it has "no plot" was because it was going to receive a new season to show what happens in the manga after all the characters and players have been introduced. As the saying goes, this "first season" was "the calm before the storm"

It wasnt complete i think. I wish they could find some interest in it and continue it to fix it..
