Really want to know which stupid guy decided to stop drilling with rifle and change our police smart uniform into a security guards uniform.
It's all political. Having a Sandhurst type pass out parade doesn't not goes well with our current SAR leaders who were real careful not to irritate their master. The police band itseft have refrain from playing Southdown Militia, a marching theme of the Royal Irish Regiment(TA).
