Gawd, Sasori's death is probably one of the sadder parts of the anime. He wasn't truly evil, he just had a horrible past and didn't know how to deal with it. At least, that's my opinion/theory.

@HesitantTaco the manga say that she may surpass her, but sakura needs to put great amounts of chakra in each punch, unlike tsunade that has enough muscle strength (without chakra) to easily break walls, rocks, etc....also tsunade has katsuyu and her yin seal...so i dont think sakura will surpass her

@Indirectcell its not a box. Its a core. He does not need a brain or a heart. The core has his chakra in it and he uses that to control his movements and its a jutsu that allows his thoughts and memories to reside within the core without use of a brain.

The butthurt at this fight is ridiculous. Sakura and Chiyo were awesome and they deserved to win. I know some people can't handle the fact that Sakura and an old granny beat Sasori, but they did. Get the fuck over it.
This fight overall is one of the greatest or maybe the greatest fight in naruto. A family reunion with a unexpected greeting, a puppet fight for laughs to bring back memories, and a deadly overwhelming amount of puppets for more nostalgia.
I have to admit, sakura really showed how much she has blossomed. From that love taken girl who couldnt do much except pull hair and use substitution jutsu, to this hardcore give it all or nothing kick your ass attitude! Such a great anime!
At first I was hoping that Chiyo will help Sasori become good, and they could live together happily :D But then I saw how he changed himself into a puppet, and hes really heartless............ and i was like nevermind......
how the hell did the sasori parent puppets survive from being smashed by the rocks and how did chiyo use chakra after she was affected by the poison for so long -.-
sasori was letting them win. He was just playing around. In the final scene, you can see that brief moment of sasori when he was little. That was the clue.

Seriously Sasori should have won, there is no way they could have dodged all those moves, not even the all those shuriken in the beginning laced with POSION...all he needed to do is throw all the sand at them in small particle form and let them breathe it in or envelope them in a ball and crush them; but since the villain must die in case scenario, sasori must inevitably lose :[ But really IRON SAND WITH POISON, how the hell can you lose to them!?!?!?

What the hell?Sasori managed to kill 298 people and turn them into puppets AND killed the kazekage, but he couldn't kill a teenage girl and an old hag?WTF..... something isn't right, that just doesn't seem logical to me. masashi kishimoto what the fuck was going through your mind? what a load of bull shit.
Sasori was the best character in the whole show, and a member of the awsome akastuki, a group of S-ranked criminals, this fight didn't make any since AT ALL!

S ranked criminals arnt that awesome or powerful. for example if kakashi went rogue boom s ranked criminal yet i am pretty sure he isnt as strong as sasori.

This fight overall is one of the greatest or maybe the greatest fight in naruto. A family reunion with a unexpected greeting, a puppet fight for laughs to bring back memories, and a deadly overwhelming amount of puppets for more nostalgia.
I have to admit, sakura really showed how much she has blossomed. From that love taken girl who couldnt do much except pull hair and use substitution jutsu, to this hardcore give it all or nothing kick your ass attitude! Such a great anime!

sasori was letting them win. He was just playing around. In the final scene, you can see that brief moment of sasori when he was little. That was the clue.

Seriously Sasori should have won, there is no way they could have dodged all those moves, not even the all those shuriken in the beginning laced with POSION...all he needed to do is throw all the sand at them in small particle form and let them breathe it in or envelope them in a ball and crush them; but since the villain must die in case scenario, sasori must inevitably lose :[ But really IRON SAND WITH POISON, how the hell can you lose to them!?!?!?

@SvenXIIIfromSteam I guess you didn't fully read my comment, they won because obviously that's what creators wanted and having sakura die would probably piss off a lot of fans especially this early in the anime; but if you were to really compare sasori's abilities and advantages to theirs, he should have no doubt been the victor.
