Paddy did find God, but after completing his 6 years of temporal vows, a time he called the "most extraordinary time of my life" (something all kids dreaming about fame should listen!), and decided with the congregation that it was best to focus on his music to a degree that the vows weren't made for. I think Brother John Paul Mary was called out of the world / yet to sing in churches or events granted by the Holy Church.... For such a time as this - to this generation of millions that are not saved, or even know that there is a God out there that loves them..The whole world has always been the Lord's church..so it didn't begin with Paddy.. Such a beautiful and truthful song Paddy and Barby is singing here and I think Maite as well. Either way these lyrics are so true and wonderful!!! I'm happy for Paddy and his becoming a Preist when he is thru with his theology study and pray God always keeps Paddy wrapped in his love and protection!!! He will help many in his calling and is assured eternal life with our Lord, praise God!!!! I really appreciate this song, thank you for singing it and to whom posted it.
I've always admired & respected Paddy as a person & an artist.When I read some posts of his'real fans' mourning about his decision I feel sorry for them.Get a grip people you sound nothing but selfish!He kept all his fans happy for years & now it's hight time for him to be happy.Don't you think?I wish him all the best &Im happy to see a genuine smile back on his face coz it says a lot!Go on John Paul Mary, listen to your heart & be happy!
It surprises me that anyone would feel sorry for someone who has met the Father and is experiencing the undescribeable love that can only come from God our Father. amandaindy says for Paddy to be normal? Only someone who has never felt Gods love could say something like that(normal). So sad? Paddy I am sure is sad for you. As are all of us who know the Father. I could listen to his God songs all day.
