we all need to be part of a global human culture in which bigotry, nationalism, and tribalism are eliminated, this global culture should be known as GAIA, but a global government, well..... thats a different story for another era
Loving that Mick Jones is back and signed to a major label and making a proper album and some of the material shows great potential but it isn't that good. Not being innovative. I think having Leo Williams and the new drummer will make a huge difference if they get involved in the song writing. Mick has always been at his best with a counter force to rub against like Joe Strummer, Paul Simonon, Don Letts, Leo Williams, Greg Roberts and Dan Donovan.
The goal of good music, or good media in general, is not to produce content that is innovative. Instead, the goal is to create content that is entertaining.
