In Germany its illegal to fly the Nazi flag or defend Hitler. In South Korea its illegal to defend Kim Jong Il. Same logic. Freedom of speech does not include the right to defend dictators and insult their victims. Uriminzokkiri is guilty of libel, they call defectors "human filth." the ROK government has the right to punish people for libel, just as every govt. does.
