no, he's not using Linux, obviously it's windows...look at the icon on the start menu, the folders look the same, he just has some transformation pack...if he was using linux the directories would be different...

ip filter is at bluetak (dot)co(dot)uk >downloads>categories>the blacklists. you need to rename the nipfilter to ipfilter.
