Also to an ealier comment about WoW vs LotRO PvP...ARE YOU HIGH? dude wow pvp its just random killing, no stradegy, people just run into battle and dont even give a shit about whos on their side. On the other hand, LotRO has 3 Castles , a mine and a lumber camp up for grabs in the war. there is much stratedgy in it (even though almost all of the raid leaders say "fall back" and 1 VS are raid!! RUN!"half the time) it still a very fun look at mmo pvp. Hell they even have quests inside the PvP!!

So LotRO is like how blizzard took EQ and made WoW but instead Turbine took WoW and made it better, into LotRO, The only reason WoW has so many players is its crappy graphics quality...you can play it on a computer made before 2000. Also ive recently gone on wow and checked out if its improved , as a former player it hasnt, anyways no one i met had even heard of LotRO. If turbine kicked up its marketing it would be a threat to WoW. And finaly there are just loyal fanboys of blizzard.

this will be a great expansion. really looking forward to it. i have no idea why some WoW players need to feel empowered by the mass of people that plays along with them. just because a game isn't selling millions it can still be a successful game and lotro is not doing bad at all. otherwise they wouldn't be putting out free new content every two months - costs some to do this after all eh?

well lotro its going to be the second-world best rpg.the first 1 as we all know will be age of conan:p.But both games are good and whatever you prefer.but also both games have 1 drawback.you need a very good pc to play them sth that many people cannot afford:P.

WoW is number 1 atm, and will stay number for two reasons.

1.) It already has a huge 12 million player fan base.

2.) Like you said, the draw back to Lotro and AoC is that you need great computers, WoW doesnt require an amazing computer.

I play Lotro mostly, WoW about 2 days a week. Won't even bother checking out AoC. But Warhammer online I will get, I hope that out does WoW :)

But as we copied Warhammers race and calling them Night Elves, or the orcs and making them green just like the ones in Warhammer (The only two races we got sued by)... Yes, they don't know how much a server can hold but certainly can't hold 7.5 million so it won't be laggy. The only ones they compied were Elves, orcs, and dwarves, but it would be copyrighted if they put a name for a dwarf as Gimli, so yeah, but when we copied alot of there races and having the same idea for the game with the alliance vs Horde they had the EXACT same idea. That's where you're a tad wrong. Take it like this example: PS started PS3's basis, but PS3 is actually far better. The same with LOTRO and WoW case. LOTRO simply did it better than WoW. True about the 4 million but when WoW was released, it was bigger than LOTRO's Eriador. Bliz decided to release the full world (despite expansions) in one splash unlike LOTRO who actually cares about its fans and lets us become more prone to excitement by releasing the world bit by bit. Can't call it a wannabe, I know that you know that GW and LOTRO's graphics are the most dominant. Take awards this way, whoever wins MMO of the Year, is the next big thing = LoTRO.
