man you have lots and lots of masks too choose from like oni masks , that's the kind of demon you see allot in horiyoshi's work , you can also look some tibetan gods with 3 eyes but be sure to also check the meaning of them : yama , mahakala also nice for tattoos , you can also choose for a tibetan skull , and then other japanese masks are :daikijin ( also a demon/devil and very cool mask ) , tengu ( you have different transfroms of it , hyotokko ,ikazuchi,iwami,ko-kojishi,koj­in,ondeko,shikami

that being said, you an look closely at ANY tattoo and just pick it apart...ANY my friends... it's the application that is key, depth,care not to hurt the client, trying your best and star treatment.... All this coupled with lots of training makes awesome tattoos.....

As an artist,i have to say this, "expert talent" varies, as most artists have a few specialties, and will cross train in the other art forms... that being said, i have known other artists who have had actual CAREERS doing shitty tattoos, and have been very successful, money and fame-wise.... A good tattoo is just this, a correct application of a piece of work, not being the singular "best" in the entire universe...
