"Jackal" from Far Cry 2, a charismatic Anti-Hero whom describe realistically about ongoing third world conflicts and how the West ignore it.

President Henry Eden from Fallout 3 who thought by wiping out the 90% mutated humanity is a good idea.

Cyberdemon from Doom. No need for introduction, just listening to his footstep for the first time would give you the shit in 1993.

Oh Larry! Since you love GlaDos so much, have you ever played System Shock 1 and 2? The villain of that game, SHODAN, is likely the inspiration for GlaDos. I believe you would enjoy her. Very quotable and a enjoyable of a villain. Highly recommended.
