what is that liquid in which you've put the banana after peeling?

this case use for take the rubber from banana out and

help outside of banana will not became black color

but if u slice banana so fast ,no need to used lime water

Thanks, I tried making it today. I went and bought yellow plantain because they didn't have any green one. It turned out tasty too, even though I didn't use the green one. Plus I was too lazy to soak them in water, intstead I just cut it up and fried it.

What kind of banana did you use? Is that green plantain? I want to make it, but I'm not sure what kind of banana you use. It turned out looking like store bought banana chips. Very Delicious! Please let me know. I really want to try it.

yes, this is green plantain bananas,actually u can used all kind of bananas

but must be raw bananas only, and this clip have two recipes .u can choose salty or sweet recipe
