Must have been a great tour... I've done the regular Fenway Park many times, but as a fan of architecture and Fenway Park itself I would've loved to had taken this tour!
Since you're an architect I will trust you on what a nice beam/column looks like. And then next time someone asks me what I think of their beams and/or columns I will compare it with these and can answer appropriately.

Lots of peanut and popcorn dust on those seats. For some even nicer Post(Column) and Beam check out the Parthenon.
