It just does not get any worse. My son had better mechanics when he was 6 years old. There is no way in the world that this fellow ever played baseball with any degree of skill, let alone pitched. I do think the girls have played some "ball", just not baseball. If they changed the title to "How not to throw a baseball", then they have a winner.

OOOOO yea and also get in a flexed "T" position.

Point ur elbo at ur target, and throwing elbow above shoulder ball pointing back. and then drive down with front elbow. Hope this helps ya bud. no one is perfect, neither am i but im just trying to help if ur willing to take addvice

This is a good basic vid for people who are new....but to a slightly experienced player u are not a great coach. A few pointers. when u take ur stride, make sure u step sraight out. And your upper body????? well......id say just watch other people throw and then watch urself.....u have much room for improvement
