You Need A Public Adjuster. You can still re-open your claim. Allstate 3 Claim Handling Rules: 1. Delay 2. Deny 3. Defend Against Your Lawsuit. If the insurance company DELAYS LONG ENOUGH YOU MAY NOT SUE them due to a 1 year suit against us time limit. Find a Lawyer if the PA does not help you.

I had Allstate auto insurance. I got a letter in the mail one day saying they had decided to terminate my policy, that they did not want to insure me anymore. I had no accients, no claims, no problems, just out of the blue they cancelled my policy and left me with no insurance. Customer rep said the company reserves the right to insure who they wish and to terminate polices at their discretion. Allstate sucks and I urge everyone not to do buisness with them.
