hellsings a confusing anime as both sides have villain qualitys the only good guys are seras and integra and the majority of the humans

That's the point of this anime, it showcases how both sides are evil in their own way, even though one side are clearly "the good guys".

Seras and Integra both have their "naughty" sides as well.

Take Integra. She allowed the humans to be slaughtered so that Alucard would finish his mission, when she could just have easily told him to let them live.
