This excursion done in last April will stay in my mind for ever and ever. It"s so sad this terrible accident which happened a few weeks ago::! Thank you for sharing this magical moment!
Great video ! I live by the Malvern hills and its just like this in the winter [ okay not so high lol] I walk the Malverns with my husky dog most weekends and think it's great. Living by these mountains would be very cold.
Gorgeous video. Good work. But the summit you call "Kala Pattar" at 4:00 is definitely not Kala Pattar. The location seen there should much more likely be somewhere near Gokyo as you can see the summits of Cho Oyu (the one you call Pumo Ri at 4:45) and Gyachung Kang in the background. You can almost see Kala Pattar at 3:09, but it remains hidden behind a higher summit. You can also see the real Pumo Ri at 3:10 in the middle of the screen.
I like the name of the airline - buddah air :-)

So sorry to hear of the Everest Flight air tragedy. To think that we had been in that very plane once before!

Hi!
I was on the same route in 2000. I would recommend that any visitor to Nepal should take this excursion.

The lady with the gum is fugly as hell....

@frodeskibrek hahaahahaa i was thinking the same :D

@frodeskibrek : She's ten times prettier than you. Only someone with a face like warthog chewing a scorpion could make such a 'fugly' comment.
Losing your hostility might help you lose your virginity... and vice versa.. Catch 22 uh?

@pjvenner Well, actually, while we are at it... I should say hello from your mother.... She is laying next to me.... All used up and deflated ....

Of the year 2000? Quite a while ago.
