this attachment is much bttr then just a standard baton tip, just look at how many hits regular baton takes to destroy toughened glass like the windscreen, with that attachment it only takes a couple of strikes whereas with a regular baton tip it takes numerous strikes.

Depends where you live and what kind of baton, for example normal baton not expandaple is probably OK to own in most countries.

The cars on which a „baton windows breaker were tested, was meant by car manufacturer for testing of some characteristics mainly from a field of a safety. When the testing is finished, these cars must be destroyed. That is why these cars were given to the armed forces so they can train and gain experience necessary for fighting with dangerous armed offender or when training rescuing injured people at car accidents.
