Congrats on all the loss. I know alot of people who only do a 3week P3 , then go right back into P2. This has worked great for them.--but everyone is different, so do whatever you think is best.
You have worked so hard to get where you are...don't try to VLCD during the holidays....so many tempations... yummy hors devors, gingerbread, eggnog, cocito, pumkin pie, candy canes, fresh baked rolls, wine at everyparty.... I dunno, now that I think about it - it might be easier to tackle the holidays with hcg in your blood....maybe I will do another round just to "avoid" all those great foods??!!!
You are too funny...Luckily pumpkin pie and wine would be my only downfalls-My husband got pumpkin icecream last night, I declined-but it's so yummy. I was thinking the same thing-easier to overcome temptations over the holidays-but mamaclok said take the break-she learned her lessons!
Thanks-I really admire you and any advice. You are everyone's hero, and I will take your advice knowing all you have experienced during hcg. Great to hear from you!
I've really only heard of people doing sublingual doing the shorter than the 6 weeks. Supposedly sublingual users don't become immune like injection users. I did 7 weeks for P3&P4 between my first and second round. I only did 2 weeks on P3 the second round and cheated and wasn't stabalizing so I'm back on P2. Hopefully people doing injections can help you out more than I can. Sorry I haven't researched injections as much as sublingual.
WOW--52 pounds--that is great!!!
Hope you are having a great time in Napa--enjoy! :)

Alot of people understand maintainence as being when you are finished with losing all your weight. Are you doing sublingual or injections?

I am doing injections. R1, I did 6 weeks total Ph3 and 4. So what do you think about having a shorter Ph3-4. I am not finished losing...
