"The area is really nice"

Yeah, if you're not black, then the area is NOT nice. This place is VERY VERY high crime. If you're not black don't go outside after 7PM (5PM in the fall/winter) unless you want to be beaten and raped by blacks. I am not being racist here, I went to UMCP and it was OK, but I got crime alerts every other day and the suspect description was always the same "B/M/ ~6ft."

The only differences I ever saw were the occasional hispanic and the rare white date-rapist/peeper.
