That first goal was not Preys fault, it was actually you and Domski's. Clear mis communication behind the net where both of you seem to go for the man and neither of you are able to come up with the puck. One of the D-men into the corner to tie up the man, Centre then comes in to support the D-man, and the Other defencemen covers the front of the net
i know how you feel with the sweating and getting nervous, everytime i play nhl i stop breathing for like 15 second periods cause im so concentrated on a play lol
@xblackwingx19 no with a 3 goal lead you tend to relax and if you give up a goal, boom they are right back in it. weather you are on the road or not you can give away a lot of momentum.
@simpsonluva no a 3 goal lead is considered the worst lead in the NHL. players stop playing offense because they figure they have the game in the bag, when they really don't.
@xstaytruexpositivex btw 90% of pro's will never just STOP playing. it gives a false sense of security sure but even with a 3-0 lead teams dont just quit. the nhl is not team canada
I think you guys can go a long way with your club because your defense, across the board, is spectacular. If you can work with JohnStar on these three points, I think he'll see a sharp decrease in his GAA and an increase in his SV%.
2. He plays WAY too deep in his crease. Goal #2 is a direct result of JohnStar panicking and playing back on the goal line, even though the puck was out at the top of the face-off circle. He leaves the corners and far side entirely too far open because he's deep in the crease constantly.
3. His lateral movement and puck tracking is sub-par. He waits for the pass to get to the recipient before beginning to track with his body. Even on a pass from down low to the point, this can be LETHAL.
Okay, so. I think the weakest link by far in your team is your goaltending. I've been watching you guys' club and OTP games for a while, and JohnStar's biggest problems are these:
1. He's CONSTANTLY moving. He does not set. He has happy feet in the net, and that makes him easy to move out of position. As soon as the puck comes into the zone, he starts moving and shifting. He jumps as soon as the shot hits him, which is dangerous. That's how rebound goals get scored. A good example is at 11:54.

2 Is the worst lead because even if you score you have to get another, and ifyou have a 3 goal league you get a false sense of security
