If you tell me it's the best because it sold a million copies the first week, that doesn't make it the best. Also lyrical wise Tha Carter II is better than Tha Carter III, in Tha Carter III it was most Metaphors, while in Tha Carter II he used more things than just Metaphors. I like all of Lil' Wayne albums but Tha Carter III is not Lil' Wayne's best album.
