A haunted, beautiful place that I return to every year. I came across it by accident one day 12 or 13 years ago when I decided on a whim to turn south from Louisburgh instead of heading back to Westport. Complete the drive to Leenane along Killary Harbour and return to Westport via the Sheefry Pass.
I remember I was there... We were trailing over the hills and had to stay many nights up in the mountains because of that terrible storm... I'll never forget that trip! I'm sure, the time I spend in Ireland was the most amazing of my life...
I wish I could come back... Thank you for posting this litle video^^
Oh my - I was lucky I came in after the storm! Yeah, the power of the elements is rather strong in that area. Glad I was able to evoke those memories!
