I also discovered Monty via YouTube; as well as other great musicians who passed me by during the 50's and 60's while I was being raised on lo-cal Rock & Roll.
Saw this on facebook and was thrilled... very awesome... and I love piano... thanks to Bob and Monty, you made my days ahead!! new music for me... love Marley and jazz... now I found the mix...
AWESOME...This man is TRULY BLESSED WITH MUSICAL TALENT!!!!!!! :O) I just learned of him this past weekend, from a true Sista-Girlfriend & musical junkie herself. I am hooked! And to hear him do Bob Marley...I am just listening...grooving and shaking my head...Truly AWESOME!!! Thank God for the Gift of Music!!! :o)
Absolutely beautiful - Monty can sure swing! - just saw him change it up some by adding a special guest singer James De Frances to a Nov 2010 performance. They did an awesome ballad together Time After Time. Just search its out there on youtube - enjoy! I've seen Monty 7 times and I'm never never disappointed.
he visited the Gene Harris festival. I got to listen to him talk about his influences and perform live in front of us. He also showed off his new Melodica lol. He is a really funny guy
definitely a classic, i love monty's music because its helps me find peacefulness and sometimes it helps to tell you mind with the constant thoughts to just shut the hell up
There used to be two better versions on YT, one had like ten minutes and in the other one Monty strummed the strings in the piano in a typical reggae manner... Buit this version has its magic, too!!!:) Thanks for posting!!!:)
in my opinion that's music

Yeah, where has that version gone to?
That one was brilliant. The sound quality of this one is a bit poor and for me a little too fast...

I still have it on my PC 8)
