I just find it strange that they air animal activism commercials 10 to 1 over child activism commercials. And that's actually a generous ratio. I don't mean to be the insensitive jerk, but this is getting ridiculous. I'm an RN, and I work in the trauma / burn unit of a pediatric hospital. Imagine caring for a child subjected to God knows what, knowing that their abuser is standing RIGHT beside them? What's worse is that the parent(s) will all but admit to what they do to their child, and yet you can't do anything unless the child speaks up...which they won't, because they're terrified into silence

How about instead of spending millions of dollars on a "make you feel guilty" advertising campaign, you can use that money to help the animals that are "so desperately in need" that we're gonna take videos of them instead of helping them.

While it's not criminal for the CEO to receive an annual income of nearly half a million $, it seems excessive to me. Unfortunately there are many "charitable" organizations who's administrators fill their own pockets to even greater excess.
