You seem like you'd love the gymnastic bodies program. If you haven't already checked it out, the link is in the description of my workout of the day (WOD) videos. We would call this the bottom part of a Pseudo planche push up(PPP) plus.
I would suggest that you do this with a hollow chest and straight body at the bottom of the pseudo planche push ups for more strength gains. You may even find that alternating between this version and your version works better, who knows?
I really have to ask you. Do you watch your videos before/after you post them? You didn't even do one of those 'planche flys' that you were attempting to do.
