  • Like you, I have read a lot of great reviews about HG extensions as well as the super long delivery time. You are not alone in your exasperating experience with HG-- I ordered the ombre extensions from HG back in November 2011. I received them about 5 weeks later via "rush delivery". I ended up exchanging them. after several emails,leaving comments on their FB, and reporting them to Better Business Bureau, i get an email saying they "just" sent them out on 3/6/2012. i'm not too excited. lol

  • @giselesdvsmom Well...if it makes you feel any better, the extensions are nice but I agree the delivery date is ridiculous! Sorry doll! I just bought the luxy extensions and got them 2weeks after ordering! Which was nice! Let me know what you think of you HG when you get them!

  • @HairloungeNmore What happened... One of my subbies got a hold of them and told them about my story and vid. They had me re email all my info then they sent some to me. It almost took a year to get them but I finally did! Kinda ridiculous but I have them now :)

  • Oh my god thats horrible. Its videos like this that make me not want to order from them. I sent them an email months ago asking some questions about them and there company and never got a response back. That jst made it very sketchy cause i heard they rip people off a lot. But im glad to read the comments below u finaly recived them. (: maybe if i do decide to order from them ill jst contact them thru facebook i think it will be a better alternative (:

  • @CryystalJayy Ya they do have terrible customer service but the extensions are pretty darn good! I bought the Luxy extensions too. I am going to make a comparison vid soon and let you guys know which one are better. Hopefully that will help everyone!

  • Hey have you heard of clipfancy hair extensions? They are really good. The customer service is amazing. No automated emails! Trust me me I was skeptical because they are a little pricey. But I reckon they beat hello gorgeous hands down. They custom make all hair extensions you can go up to 400grams! Crazy huh. U can decide how long and how many wefts you want. So if you purchase 300g set you could split that in to two 150g sets! And you can have them different colours!! They have sooo many Co

  • @miagrace123 Hey doll! I just watched your vid! That really sucks she lied! Hopefully she was just confused instead of just making shit up! I have some Luxy extensions on the way. I plan on doing a comparison vid so I'll let you know if those are worth it. I have really thick hair too. I don't hate my HG extension but I don't love them either.

  • @sekzymexi Well I purchased them online in March of 2011 and I just got them last weekend! I think they lost my invoice! I'm sure it isn't like that for everyone. I have super thick hair so They are hard to blend. I have to curl them to make it harder to tell I have them in. I am going to buy Luxy extension next week! Their shipping is way faster and way way thicker! Ill make sure to do a comparison video ...I wouldn't buy HG extensions again in my opinion :)

  • UPDATE: Shannon emailed me and said they saw my order from March 4th and when she tracked it the tracking said incomplete so they saw I never received them. She gave me the choice to have new ones made and shipped rush or have a refund. I decided I still wanted to try the extensions out. Gave her my new hair color and new addy and they should be shipped rush order! Special thx to Eileen who opened communication via fb! Yeah!!!! They finally responded to me!

  • @LoolaLoves honestly u shld have gotten them for free. Idc how good a product is, horrible service is a sucky thing to go through.

  • Because of Eileenrdiaz (thank you) I have been chatting with them via facebook. They asked me to email them my payment info so they can figure everything out. I emailed them that plus I copied and pasted every email I sent them over the months I was trying to contact them! Wish me luck! I will keep you all posted on the outcome! <3

  • @LoolaLoves It's a shame its taken 9 months of correspondance and now a video campaign to get them to respond to you.  Hopefully they will do the right thing. That is beyond rediculous.

  • I just posted a link to your video on their facebook page. Hopefully someone will see it and get back to you. if this does not work, you must have a "Better Business Bureau" and you can report them. In the least they should at least refund you your money.

  • I loved this video. It was like a rant, I love rants. That really blows though, I would be just as pissed as you, maybe even more.

  • No problem, hope you get it resolved! It amazes me how many companies don't even have a contact number anymore...crazy. any whoo... If that doesn't work just dispute with your bank :)

  • That really stinks. Can you contact your credit card company/bank and see if you can dispute the charge? Also I would love to hear if you get hair extensions a review on them and I would like to hear more fails of 2011.
