@TheBUBBLY102 to copy paste use the dashed square under the fill option, 1. select the thing you wanna copy with it 2. Go edit copy 3. use the select/move object tool, next to the square and move the selected thing whereever you want 4. go edit paste

Do you know if its possible to import a png image into the vector layer, and then use it to animate it? (e.g. using the cut out png of some1s head, then importing it and animating it).

@ChibiAlly If you get the "ding" - Pencil only supports .wav format. If your song is something else (.mp3, for example), put it in Audacity (free audio editing software) then re-export as a .wav

I have a 7 second song on my movie and i have like 31 frames at 5 fps

Unfortunately No. Best bet would be to make the video. Then open the vid in Movie Maker and add the music in that way...

@Turquoise267 A tablet is basically a flat board that connects to the computer. It usually comes with a pen, but it depends. I have a Bamboo Graphics Tablet from Wacom. It works with touch and pen. Using the pen is alot easier than a mouse because It's like using a pencil. It's very useful when I draw pictures on the computer or make animations. The only thing you have to get used to is looking at the screen as you write or draw.

Only WAV format is supported by Windows ; the Mac version can import any format that can be read by QuickTime. That is what the manual said. :)
