  • Who cares about your bench, dude? If you would have been posting your SQUAT 1RM the entire time, I guarantee it would have increased your bench 1RM. SOme people bench more with their Triceps, other Pecs, others Delts/Lats. It's not a true test of strength. Squats, C & J, and Snatch are. Do those lifts for a year and you'll be in beast mode!

  • @thenextcr7 bro. I've been there. the problem? You're not eating enough! Search bodybuilding com for info on bulking. as soon as I started drinking shitloads of milk I started gaining weight. in about 4 1/2 months I've gained 25 lbs

  • @thenextcr7 I know guys that have gained 1.5 to 2 pounds a week dude. It depends on body type/genetics and diet. If you have an ectomorph type body, it would be near impossible, but these guys I knew were mesomorphs. No steroids, just training 2-3 hours day, taking in 5000 calories a day. And conversely, I've dropped 1.5 to 2 pounds a week for about 6 weeks, before leveling out to 1 pound a week with a meso-type body. The info is out there, do some research. Starting gaining dude!!

  • @thenextcr7 youre not eating enough bro... exact same thing happened to me in my first year and now for the past 2 months i have been eating a lot and i gained almost 10 lbs...granted its not all muscle and theres fat gains as well but this is just how true natural muscle building works...you gotta sacrifice being lean for the first couple of months to be big for the rest of your life

  • That is fuckin bullshit if you went from 130 lb to 200 lb. 70 lbs of weight in one year. I don't believe it at all unless you took steroids. If all things are done correctly you could gain like 25 lb of WEIGHT in a year (half of it being fat).

  • @Nabolzi only you choose what is impossible for yourself. i used to weight 47 kg just 3 months ago before i started working out and now im 55 kg. i used to be just bones and skin man and i believe if i gainedt 8 kg in just 3 months (still gaining) without any supplements, it's very possible for him for him to get 20 kg in a year. maybe you haven't put on 20 kg in a year, but that doesnt mean it's impossible for somebody else. btw im 16 and 5'3.

  • @varun009 I'm not sure what your doing, but that is incredibly weak to be 165lbs and only able to lift 50lbs. I am 5'9" weigh 152lbs and I can bench press 185, do over 20 chin ups, and leg press 350lbs.

  • @varun009 I'm about 5' 11", 160lbs and my max bench is about 190lbs. My leg lift is about 575lbs. I usually do bench reps at 90lbs. This guy looks to me like he started at about 140-150lbs. especially if he's over 6' tall, but lifting more than you weigh is definitely not impossible (and 85 is kinda pathetic).
