the Indian musician had peterpan's prmission to use the tune, rhythm and beats are diffrnt btw. you will know if you understand music. in fact he performed the song on same stage with peterpan.

I think peterpan gave the permission as it doesn't hurt their sales in any way since their records are not sold in India. probably they got some money for the permission, not to mention that many Indians who won't have otherwise known of peterpan now do !
