Oh hey! Have you considered anxiety zero technique (I think its at anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my sister pretty much cured panicks with it.
Lao Tseu's Tao tö king. Despite the dated aspect and the virtue-centered writing, some of the content is really helpful, as simple reminders of the essential. I could hardly explain how or why it can help, but I do feel it can.
Hi, I have been keeping a gratitude journal for over a year now. I like the idea of going 5 minutes w/o negative thoughts. I will check out that book. I have 2 books that I really enjoy they are: "365 Prescriptions for the Soul" By: Dr. Bernie S. Seigel (enjoy all his books and Cds) The second bok that I really enjoy is: "Daily OM" BY: Madison Taylor. Have a wonderful day! Brenda
