i just bought a baritone dano and was thinking about tuning it to Bass VI tuning. what gauge did you use and did you have to make any perminent mods to the bridge or nut?

I just put Fender Bass VI strings on it and adjusted the truss rod. The nut was fine, and the wooden bridge can obviously handle anything. It really made the guitar come alive...

Actually I saw a double neck guitar one time where the top neck was a guitar and the bottom neck was a bass guitar it was awesome

I find double neck guitars to be fasinating because i think they would be kinda hard to play. I would love to have one though

I owned a couple of single Danelectros and liked them a lot - will definitely get another one someday. They are a litle too thuddy, though. Great to hear you freestyling, though.
