  • That's good considering... You form is all wrong though just thought I'll mention it in case you want to take it seriously. You through done with your arms which does work, but it doesn't give you that height that you would get if you were to throw them up. You let your chest go over your feet which again, you won't get the height you need to do them on the ground if you do that. Check out Dogen Blocking Tutorial =] Keep training man

    I've been training for quite a while... You shouldn't put your self in a situation where you don't feel comfortable with. As Livewire said "People think we go out and do dangerous stuff. But it's only dangerous to them. I don't stand there bricking my self over a jump because I don't like that feeling." You should all ways train within your comfort zone. For the first 6 months that will be pretty small stuff. Your better than me after 6 months of training man. Keep it up! :)

  • @shrebeady tnx man i know what you mean abaut that i was quite comfourtable becouse i did it quite fast if i wouldnt be i would fail or wouldnt do it at al :D tnx for nice comment =) i also got new video me progresing from wall flips and its 21 sec long :D
