i'm a singer and i grew up listening to Boyz II men from your first single "it's so hard to say goodbye to yestarday", till this day,i love great music and right now i'm doing my project but i get a little confuse, i want to do great music and that's what i always want to do but now we all know u have to do something stupid for you to be out there.....many times i ask myself why the industries is so messed up now....
i love me some Tank and have been a Huhe fan of his for yeas. IMO he doesnt get the recognition that he deserves as an artist cuz he is one talented artist but he is still putting the pen to work. Love him and Love my Boyz!!!
I feel the same way ya'll do. There was a lot more good music than bad back in the day. Often times it meant more, it made scense. Now, most of it doesn't make scense. There was more of a balance way back when. I can't really say much more because I'd just be repeating what ya'll just said because I feel the same way you do.
1st, let me say again that I waited 16 years until I finally saw BoyZ II Men live at Jazz in the Gardens! Loved the show
2ndly, my friends and I just recently had this conversation. The music out today lacks creativity and originality. During BIIMen's performance at The Gardens, I asked my friend who from this generation will still be rocking crowds 20 years after the fact? But don't give up bc the true music lovers still appreciate quality.
Glad you're able to connect again. I have to tell you, though, while I could hear some of your conversation and agreed with most of it, the background "music" drowned a good portion out. You gents will always have my support as long as you stay true to you. Love you all!
im definitely feeling where yall coming from...im a singer and keyboardist myself and what is getting passed off as music today is crazy...I feel real music will always have a recipe of real musicians and real lyrics that mean something to people when they hear it...if it don't make you feel good when you hear it it aint right
