Its still possible. Theres a buff that some of the entrance NPCs in kara cast that mages can spellsteal that stacks with it self and makes you huge. combine that with like winterfall firewater and a giant feast and you're large and in charge. Its a shame you cant be summoned into battlegrounds anymore though :(
