All Non-Turbo MKIV Supra's had the wing as an option.

All Turbo MKIV Supra's had the wing STANDARD.

Any turbo supra that does not have a wing, DID have a wing at some point, but it was removed.

I should know, i bought my dad's 1996 MKIV Supra a few years back. He bought it brand new off the lot in 1996 and i was there everytime he went to Toyota to sign paperwork, test drives, choosing options etc.... it was a 4 day ordeal since he was hesitant on buying a mid-life car.
