@matthewtop I think he plays almost entirely with his wrists. I copied his hand technique, and although I can't go as fast for as long, using the wrists in that way gives you a hella lot of power and precision. It's a bit hard to describe, but it's almost a twisting motion in the wrist. Try holding a stick and just turn your hand 90 degrees around the axis that is the arm. That's at least how I first started off, when you've used it for a while it will change, but start slowly and gently.
