They speak English later in the game; for the first part they speak a "made up" language. So, just sit back and enjoy the coolness.

I also noticed...when General Scales is saying "You dare to challenge me?" he then says "Kxaj aj dek eloh!" which means "This is not over!" But it doesn't show it.

Later, when Krystal survives being thrown off the ship and is saved, he says the same thing...

Why?

As you practice more and listen to them talk more, it gets a whole lot easier to speak and talk their language.
