@krizcutfries the name isnt called "stationery shop", i got mine from 'stationery warehouse', like shops you buy your school books from. yeah construction paper worked for me but not for some other people so you just have to test it out for yourself with a few pieces to see if they stay together
hi jewellia, whats the dimensions of the paper that you use? and btw this is perfect, my friend loves winnie the pooh so im planning to make a set as a bday present for her(provided if i can find the materials)
@MultiDev92 i use A4 paper (21x 29.7cm) cut into 32 rectangles (approx 3.5 x 5cm)- watch 3d origami for beginners on dividing the paper/ making triangles. you can use any rectangle paper. aww thats nice to make it for your friends birthday^^
Thank you 4 your reply, I know that it would be so difficoult, expecially if you think to normal dimensions like winnie pooh or a teddy bear, but I think that if I try to make it with lots of pieces it could be possible, except the write guinnes that looks impossible to do! anyway I think that a christmas tree for christmas time is possible to do, i'll try to understand how to do this but if you understant how to do this please contact me! thank you so much, Davide
Another idea for christmas would be a christmas tree, saw something on web sites but I don't understand how to make this! please reply me if you can on my e mail address d.cardassi@gmail.com thank you so much for your work, best regards, Davide
Hi Jewellia, my name is Davide and I tape from Italy. First of all I want to congratulate for your works, thanks for your tutorials I've been able to learn how to do these wonderfoul origami! I ould know if you would be able to invent a origami of the guinness beer glass, black and white with the golden celtic harp...if you will do this wonderfoul idea I will be so grateful...
@cardavid1985 sorry i dont think i could make it. i wouldnt be able to make the harp logo and the words so it would just look like a black vase thing with a different coloured stripe on top. but nice to hear you've learnt so much origami from my vids^^
@TheCupcakes520 yeah ofcourse its possible. you'd just use more pieces and add more pieces in the row to make it wide and add more rows to make it tall. you'd have to make it up yourself though since I dont have an exact pattern for a bigger one, or you can follow this tutorial exactly and use bigger pieces
i need some help please(: i can't put the head on cuz everytime i do..it like pops off and i tried doing it several times a little differently and i am using just normal printer paper so i don't know what to do now...
btw thanks soo much! and this is adorable! ur freaking crazy amazing
@aznbuddy17 but you made the body without any problem right? thats odd.. since they're the same. by putting the head on, you're not making it separately and putting it on right? just an inverted row and building from there like in the vid? can you make a vid of you building it? I dunno why the head would pop off if the body doesnt. popping off is usually because the papers too slippery. how many rows do you make before it pops off?
@SpearSoFast yeah, all these new models are way smaller than my old models which were base 18 (and I thought that was small before, but now I'm able to design even smaller ones with quite a bit of detail still)
I'm confused... you tell us to use 12 but you actually use 11
