I have it. Check out Disney Classics vol. 5. It's the last volume in a series of CDs they made in the 90s. I think it was released in 98 or so. You'll recognize it from the orange cover. iTunes may have it though I'm not sure.

There's a scene in "The Three Caballeros" trailer (Seen only on the Gold Classics Collection DVD) of Dora Luz singing in front of a red background. According to documentary, "The Age of Believing: The Disney Live Action Classics", that was the early verison of what we call now the blue or green screen to add the special effects.
