  • Yeah, he looked pretty darn good in that loin cloth...woo hoo

  • Well, I grew up in Detroit and yes I seen him in the 70 and 80s. he rocked back then and that was great. but now maybe he can give us a break from his bull on Detroit radio,..... nobody cares. get on with your retirement and spare us the gun propaganda. Your still a suburban rock F wit with your spandex pants, living off your rock glitter days. cry in you whiskey and fade away, Or jump back on stage and and keep the tradition alive, its up to you.. terrible ted isnt dead.

  • Ted average has never existed in same sentence b4

  • Thanks for helping my parents raise me through your music.

  • Thought Ted was just average on guitar and then he just wails at 6:02 .... I think I remember Ted and Mike Pinera playing at some "Roadhouse" type joint in Tampa back in 1973. I think I got in for a $2 bucks and they had 25 cent drafts. Sheesh ...... where has the time gone....

  • My first concert was 16 days before this on August 2, 1979. Ted Nugent was dressed exactly the same way: just a loin cloth. It was at Riverfront Coliseum in Cincinnati, Ohio. Scorpions and AC/DC with Bon Scott were the opening acts.

  • yall gotta rock my balls off.....

  • ya kno the writer of this tune could never wear a loin cloth like that...or jump from a 18 foot amp playing without missing a step....

  • Will fucking rock your face off. That will be all.

  • Ted was a really good guitar player, but his songs really lost something when Derek St. Holmes left the band. Derek was a much better singer than Ted.

  • Saw the Nuge on this tour New Year's Day 1979 with AC/DC in New York. "Free For All" was the album that got me hooked on Uncle Ted - still my favorite of all his tunes. First of probably two dozen shows over the years...

  • In f*cking credible!!! Thanks!

  • I have seen Ted from Chicago to Jacksonville Florida probably 25 times,,,He is awesome when it comes to Rock & Roll Guitar,,,Love him or hate him,,, I LOVE TED!!! He is no doubt TOP 10 EVER,,,,Jimmy Page,Eddie Van Halen,Slash, Anges Young. and Richie Sambora are up there too

  • I was at this show, this night at the Cap Centre. If not mistaken, the first warm up band was Bonneroo, and the second band was Scorpions. Snuck in a pint of Pharmco Grain Alcohol and lost my shirt on the floor. General Admission before the Who tradedy in Cincinnati

  • i`like it, are you ready ? absolut geile band, sille64

  • A shame that political correctness and the asshole publisher of Rolling Stone will block Uncle Ted from ever being in the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame. If anyone ever exuded the raw, primal, animalistic sex drive of rock it was The Nuge!

  • too bad the audio isn't matched with the video..

  • my fav ted nugent song!

  • SAW HIM AT THE SANTA MONICA CIVIC WITH THE PETER FRAMPTON. PETER

  • I saw the mad man perfoem this at Cobo Hall in1979..priceless!

  • Why not have a ted nugent guitar hero??? That would blow peoples minds and rock their worlds at the exact same time...

  • @nbdy89 That's honestly a great idea

  • Along with some cowboy boots.

  • OK..Im from this era, I grew up on this. TED was the MAN. LOINCLOTH KNEE HIGH MOCS, AND A GIBSON. THAT SIMPLE...OH YEAH...AND A VINE TO SWING ON. Would you guys please help me defend him? • has anyone ever heard of this full show existing?

  • Saw AC/DC open for Ted in 79 in New York City. The loudest show I ever saw. R.I.P. Bon. Now I watch Ted Kill things on TV. Awesome!

  • i was at this show, the power went out , he started swinging around on a rope, at first everyone was cool, but than 1/2 into the "outage" and paying money to see a man swinging around, need i say chairs started being thrown, maor fights breaking out, shit was smashed everywhere , lots of people throwing stuff on stage booing him, than he played this, the place went even more nuts, the capital center was the total shit back than,

  • @brooksgeo1214

I remember that,I was at this show also.Luckly I was in the stands and away from the chairs being thrown.I was so stoned just sat there and laughed my ass off at Ted swinging around on that rope

  • Out Freakin' Standing! Is this full concert available for purchase somewhere on DVD? Saw 3 Nuge shows in that era of time, still my favorite concerts ever!

  • @maskedmusician2002 1980 Wango Tango tour was the best concert I've ever seen, savage, wild, raw, primeval sonic assault!
