As the film goes on, it becomes clear that Arnold, this somewhat meek, nebbish figure, probably isn't the monster he's made out to be. This movie is like something that Atom Egoyan would've made, because the truth is so unclear.

1. The lawyers are dishonest

2. The police are hateful and vindictive

3. The mother is very angry and unhappy

I`m pretty sure that the sexual actual acts which supposedly happened in these computer classes were barely plausible....as one of the commentators pointed out there was no screaming,blood,tears etc. we`re talking heavy duty stuff on young kids and yet it all passed unnnoticed.

The thing is, this documentary doesn't include all the reports. There were many accounts from the kids of abuse, and really only a few were sketchy or possibly made up. The rest seemed legit. Also, these classes were in their home, which would be easier to cover up and clean than a schoolroom. And some of the children did actually experience bleeding afterwards. These aspects of the case were not mentioned in the documentary probably to bring ambiguity to an otherwise clear-cut case.

I think the police found evidence of child pornography (therefore they wanted to bust him either way) and Arnold did say he had a very small instance with a child, and he did admit later to his lawyer that he was a pedophile, but the charges brought against him were extreme. It really is a difficult one to judge.
